Our hotels are located outside the Park, around 800m away. They are served by a free shuttle connection which operates during the opening hours of the Park in compliance with current health safety regulations.

The three hotels are all on the same block of land, and can be reached on foot.

By car - it is possible to park your car in the Park's parking area for €6 - or use our free shuttle connection which operates during the opening hours of the Park.

Absolutely. The outside parking is free and on-site. There are also 15 sheltered parking spaces, which require reservation and incur a fee.

The car park has 6 EnelX charging stations near the Gardaland Hotel. Service subject to fee.
The service is managed and delivered by the external provider Enel X. Guests are invited to download the Enel X Way App and read the terms and conditions of use before charging.

No, tickets may be purchased online on tickets.gardaland.it or at the box office subject to availability.

Purchase is possible at the time of booking, by selecting the option at checkout.
At this stage you will be asked to select the date of visit to the water park.

The water park is open to restricted numbers and access is not guaranteed for days other than the date selected at the time of booking.

From 3pm onwards it is possible to receive the keys to your room.

By 11am. On request, and subject to fee, it may be possible to arrange a later check-out time (this must be requested at moment of check-in).

Staff are not authorised to provide/administer any form of medication. In the event of minor surface grazes, our staff may assist with antiseptic and band-aids. For any other injury or illness, a guest may contact the Reception staff who will then activate the most appropriate health measures, in accordance with the procedure laid down by our Health & Safety Department and current legislation.

The Blue Lagoon Water Park is reserved to guests staying in the hotels, also in order to respect social distancing rules.

Certainly - only for those traveling by train and airplanethe hotels offer a luggage storage room where you can leave your bags while waiting to check in or after checking out.

The Gardaland Hotel reception is open 24/7, during the hotel season.
The Gardaland Adventure Hotel reception is open every day from 7am to 11pm (night reception service is provided at Gardaland Hotel) during the hotel season.
The Gardaland Magic Hotel reception is open 24/7, during the hotel season.

Porter services are only offered as a courtesy service when possible.

Our hotels are dog-friendly: one dog per room, weighing up to 30 kg, is allowed.

Animals are not allowed access to the pools and the food service area, as indicated in the rules published on the website.

Dogs are not allowed inside the dining areas of the resort facilities, such as Wonder Restaurant, Matka Restaurant, Tutankhamon Restaurant, Quercia Magica Coffee Bar, Wonder Bar (indoor area), Blue Lagoon (dining area used for serving food).

Dogs staying at the Hotel must be kept on a leash, as established by the Order of the Ministry of Health of 06/08/2013. Dogs can move freely in the designated Dog Area, according to the guidelines established by the Management. Please note that owners are responsible for the conduct of their pets and any damage caused to third parties. Dogs are not admitted to restaurants or areas where food is served/consumed.

The period of time an animal may remain in a room without its owners is limited to the time necessary for catering functions (breakfast, lunch, dinner). In any case, the presence of an animal in the room must always be indicated using the appropriate card that must be hung on the outside door handle.  Animals may not be left alone in any other indoor or outdoor area of our hotel facilities. Please check the rules.

Our hotel rooms provide an empty mini-bar. The mini-bar service is available on request and at a charge.

The number of room occupants must not exceed the number indicated by the hotel – this number is stated on our website and at the moment of booking. In the event that the number of guests arriving for check-in is greater than that stated in the reservation, the necessary additional costs will be applied and, if necessary, a rate-related solution calculated.

The Tutankhamon Restaurant also allows visitors who are not staying at hotels to reserve a table (subject to availability and in accordance with current legislation on access to public places). RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS NECESSARY.

Certainly. It is recommended that any special dietary requirements be specified at the moment of booking.

In the event that a guest has coeliac disease, food may be served in prepackaged single portions. For other food intolerances, restaurant visitors are recommended to check availability at the moment of booking.

We are sorry but our premises and kitchens cannot guarantee Kosher catering.

We are sorry but, for safety reasons, guests have access (by reservation) to breakfast service only in the restaurant of the hotel where they are staying. Gardaland Hotel at Wonder Restaurant, Gardaland Adventure Hotel at Tutankhamon Restaurant and Gardaland Magic Hotel at the Magic Oak Tree Coffee BarIt is possible for all guests to visit the Matka Restaurant for gourmet breakfast, upon reservation and for an additional fee.

In the case of hotel packages which include Park admission, tickets will be sent via email at least 4 days before your arrival.

Holiday documents will be sent to the email address stated during registration, at least 4 days before the stay.

Bookings made online can only be paid for by credit card; if you wish to make a bank transfer, we advise you to make the booking through your travel agent.

Gardaland Holidays uses SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encryption of your credit card number and other sensitive data before transmission via the Internet. Encryption makes sensitive data indecipherable, converting your personal details and credit card number into a secret alphanumeric code that is incomprehensible to third parties. Gardaland Holidays does not store or record sensitive data from credit card payments in any way, guaranteeing you maximum confidentiality in the processing of your personal details in accordance with current privacy and data protection law.

In the case of bookings with “Standard Hotel + Park Package” or “ROOM ONLY” Rates, it is possible to take out an Allianz Booking Protection policy.
The insurance must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. of the day following the date on which the Guest made the reservation through the dedicated page.
WARNING: Booking Protection can only be purchased from a PC, not from a Smartphone and/or Tablet.

Booking Protection by Allianz is the insurance policy that can be purchased by 11.59 pm of the next day following the date on which the Guest made the reservation of the stay at Gardaland hotels, and it protects your stay in case of cancellation, interruption of stay or delayed arrival at our hotels.
You can choose between two different types of policy: Booking Protection and Booking Protection Plus.

Booking Protection can only be purchased from a PC (not from a smartphone and/or tablet) through the dedicated page.

The ticket is linked to the booking of the package. It is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Our guests can use all our restaurants. Restaurant access times must be agreed with the reception staff at check-in or during your stay.

The Gardaland Hotel and Gardaland Magic Hotel reception desks are open 24 hours a day, while the Gardaland Adventure Hotel reception desk is open from 7am to 11pm.
Guests of Gardaland Adventure Hotel can refer to Gardaland Hotel reception if necessary during the night.

For guests staying at Gardaland Adventure Hotel, breakfast is available at the Tutankhamon Restaurant, while guests at Gardaland Hotel can find a buffet breakfast at the Wonder Restaurant. For Gardaland Magic Hotel guests, the Quercia Magica Coffee Bar with buffet service is available. Guests can visit each restaurant by RESERVATION only, with bookings to be arranged at the moment of check-in.

During your stay in our hotels, you can only make electronic payments: with cards (credit card, debit card, or pre-paid card), pass-through wallet, or cashless wristband. The cashless wristband is free and can be topped up (also using cash) at the designated stations.

The cashless wristband can be requested by 1 family member and does not bear any name. Use of the wristband is recommended for adults only, or for minors if accompanied by an adult at the time of payment.

You can ask for it at reception, when you arrive at the hotel or during your stay.

It can be used in our hotels: at the shop, bars, restaurants and Blue Lagoon waterpark area. The wristband can also be used at Legoland Waterpark.

The wristbands can be topped up at the designated stations located in the reception area of Gardaland Hotel and Magic Hotel, or at Tutankhamon Restaurant (Adventure Hotel).

You can top up the wristband with a cash payment or credit card. We ask you to use the same payment method for each top-up.

You can recover remaining credit via one of the three stations in the respective hotels.

The repayment is made via the top-up station and takes place in the same way as a top-up. In the event of credit remaining as a result of mixed method top-ups (a combination of credit card and cash top-ups), the repayment will always be made via credit card first.

In this event, we ask you to inform reception as soon as possible of the loss, and you will receive a new wristband which you can top up.

In the event of loss of the wristband, can any remaining credit be recovered?
