Here below you will find useful information and advice about measures to adopt during your stay here in our hotels and during your visit to the Park.
Regulations for Guests
COMPULSORY WEARING OF FACE MASKS
From the moment of arrival, all guests over the age of 6 years old must wear a face mask in common areas where there is a risk of contact, throughout their stay on the Gardaland premises.
The face mask may only be removed when eating or drinking, and a 1 metre social distance must still be respected at all times.
If a guest does not possess a face mask, he/she must buy one - they can be purchased at the Gardaland Hotel shop.
COMPULSORY WEARING OF GLOVES IN CERTAIN AREAS
All guests must wear the disposable gloves supplied, where expressly stated. Our staff will ensure that gloves are correctly worn where necessary.
OBLIGATION TO DISPOSE OF FACE MASKS AND GLOVES IN THE SPECIFIC BINS/CONTAINERS
All guests must throw away their disposable gloves and face masks (in the event of replacement) in the appropriate bins/containers spread around the hotels (corridors, lobbies, rooms, Gardaland Hotel reception area, Tutankhamon Restaurant, Blue Lagoon).
It is strictly forbidden to abandon used personal protection items (disposable gloves and face masks) or to dispose of them in containers other than those indicated.
Our staff will ensure that personal protection items are correctly disposed of where necessary.
NON-INVASIVE MONITORING OF BODY TEMPERATURE
When arriving at the hotels to begin their stay, all guests will be subject to a non-invasive and contactless monitoring of body temperature.
Should the guest's temperature equals or be higher than 37.5° C, entrance to the hotel and the hotel stay will be denied.
MINIMUM INTERPERSONAL SAFETY DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 1 METRE
Inside Gardaland Hotels, guests must strictly respect the minimum 1 metre safety distance, avoiding large groups or congregating of an type.
REGULARLY WASH AND DISINFECT YOUR HANDS
Guests are strongly reminded to wash and disinfect their hands frequently, with soap and water in the public bathrooms or using the specific disinfectant hand gel which is made available to guests around the premises free of charge.
RECOMMENDED PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD, SMARTPHONES OR SMARTWATCHES.
Guests are strongly advised to pay by card, smartphone or smartwatch, avoiding the use of cash wherever possible in order to guarantee greater hygiene.
COMPULSORY COMPLIANCE WITH SIGNAGE
All guests must respect the signs regarding the wearing of masks, social distancing, regular hand hygiene, and all other related rules that ensure a totally safe and pleasant stay.
COMPLIANCE WITH COVID-19 REGULATIONS, MONITORING STAFF AND FINES
All guests must promptly respect not only the general Park Regulations but also these COVID-19 Regulations and any instructions from our stewards and Gardaland Staff members.
In the event that this does not occur and a second warning from our staff is ignored, the guest involved will be interviewed by the hotel management.
Welcome to the hotel
The guest entrance is located at the main gate. Please arrive at the gate already equipped with your own face mask, gloves and/or disinfectant hand gel.
During check-in and check-out, only the head of the party (who made the booking) may enter the reception area.
Sanitisation of rooms, contact surfaces and all internal/external common areas will be performed with certified disinfectant products. An ozone treatment (Ozosì) is also carried out in the hotel rooms.
During hotel stays, a Hotel Help Desk by phone is available for all guests, designed to avoid large crowds of people at the reception desk. For any requirements during your stay, please call 045 6404 477 (the desk is located at Gardaland Adventure Hotel).
Breakfast and dinner are served at the Tutankhamon Restaurant. Guests can visit Tutankhamon Restaurant by reservation only, with bookings to be arranged at the moment of check-in.
Sanitisation of all contact surfaces and rooms will be performed with certified disinfectant products to guarantee maximum hygiene and safety.
Guests should only stay in the restaurant for the time needed to eat their meal.
Food allergies and intolerance: guests are asked to inform staff before ordering if any member of the party has a food allergy or intolerance. While every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchens do handle food substances containing allergens, including nuts and gluten. Our staff can offer you advice only about 14 common allergens. We clarify that in the case of visitors with coeliac disease, we cannot provide made-to-order cuisine: according to ISO 22000 certification, as well as for food safety purposes, it is possible only to serve pre-ready sealed dishes that are heated up at the moment.
Duties of visitors and guests
The security measures implemented in response to the Covid-19 pandemic are intended to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all guests of Gardaland Resort.
It is in everyone's interest to respect the security measures that have been put in place.
Therefore, in the event that someone does not respect these safety measures, we reserve the right to ask them to leave Gardaland Resort, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Risk AcceptanceThe security measures that have been introduced at Gardaland Resort aim to minimise the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus; however, this risk cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore, anyone visiting the Gardaland Resort acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.
